Searching for Edmonton Meeting Room Rentals?  The Ritchie Mill Business Centre can provide you with a unique setting for your meetings, conferences, and events.  Our meeting rooms and conference centres can hold up to a maximum of 100 attendees and our facility is equipped with the full range of technology to cater to your presentation requirements.   Whether you need a meeting room, conference center or training room we can create a configuration to meet your specific needs. There is also plenty of parking, with up to 90 stalls in the surrounding area.

Our facility allows you to conduct multi-functional meetings using the Jasper and Banff Boardrooms, Whistler Training Room and the Maligne Lounge. 

We offer hourly, half-day, full-day, evening and weekend bookings.

Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

Bookings are not confirmed or guaranteed until a Boardroom/Training Room Rental Agreement is signed. You will receive confirmation for your booking once the agreement has been signed and received. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the booking date will be refunded the total rental fee less a $50 administration fee.  Cancellations less than 24 hours of the rental booking will be charged 100% of the total room rental fee.
